The Design Coach offering is well suited for the DIY homeowner and decor enthusiast who seeks the advice and fine tuned eye of a designer for one specified problem area or space in their home.
Jumpstart your transformation with this one day intensive design strategy session with BWD. This homeowner typically has a set budget and is ready & eager to actively be involved in transforming their space. This service is ideal for homeowners who are stuck, or who are having trouble identifying what their plan of action should be. We'll begin with a 2.5 hour morning session, break for an hour midday and wrap up with a 2.5 hour afternoon session. At the end of our coaching day together you will have a defined design solution, a prioritized task list to achieve it on your own, a list of problem areas to avoid, and a vendor list to source from. Get out your note pad and get ready for a design packed day, because we have tons of helpful information and designer secrets to share so you can create the perfect space!
Those who purchase the Design Coaching Service are eligible to subsequently purchase a Sourcing Strategy day to shop for items on their task list with one on one support of the designer. If you are looking for a fully developed design concept then our Design Chemist or Full Service Offering may be for you.
The homeowner must submit digital images of their room for a preliminary assessment in advance to ensure we can properly address and maximize our strategy day together.

Looking for the perfect mix of design chemistry to bring to add style to your home?. We focus on the key design elements, room composition and physical properties that matter to provide you with a comprehensive design scheme for your space. This service offering is for the homeowner who would like a fully developed design concept for a specified room but does not require the full service offering. It is suited to the individual who is available to engage and meet contractors on their own, provide accurate and detailed measurements to BWD, visit showrooms and stores themselves, order all items specified on their elements summary sheet, receive deliveries and orchestrate installation without assistance.
