BEFORE This room had a layout that minimized the space and left a cavernous portion of the room empty. The furniture was grouped in a cluster around the fireplace which was not centered in the room, thereby creating an imbalance that immediately led to a sense of displacement. The color palette and textiles needed to be freshened up a bit.

BEFORE An area rug that was too small for the space, forced the arrangement of furniture to feel cramped. Note in the after images that a custom area rug was made just to suit the space and maximize the layout. Swipe & check out the impact of change!

My design for this sleek elevation captured the masculine style my client was seeking, incorporated a luxurious slimline fireplace and media functionality. Converting condo basic to sophisticated condo chic...another successful transformation!
